If you are not entirely happy let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
No returns on makeup, nail gel, underwear or any product with a broken seal.
You need to provide us with your invoice, proof of payment, date of receipt, the product and the packaging.
All courier costs for returns are for your account.
If you do not make a choice selection for those products who have selections a random option will be selected and sent.
We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions to any product. Perform a small test first for your safety.
A 50% deposit is required for special orders and returns are not permitted.
There is a three month warranty on all electrical goods.
There is a one year warranty on all 295 sterling silver only, not the jewels.
