Makeup, nail gel, underwear or any product with a broken seal. No refund on layby deposit.
WHAT

Your invoice, proof of payment, date of receipt, the product and the packaging.
ELECTRICAL RETURNS
48 hours from receipt
Make sure to include the warranty card. We cannot refund without it.
Be careful how you unpack the item because we cannot do a return if the packaging is damaged.
COURIER
costs are for you
Courier and delivery charges are for your account once your order has arrived in Namibia.
INSURANCE
ON COURIER
We strongly recommend adding insurance. We are not liable if the courier loses your parcel.
TIME
of deliveries
N$50 delivery charge in Windhoek.
Deliveries are made between 08:30 and 16:30 Monday to Friday. N$50 will be charged for each failed delivery.

PLAN AHEAD
Containers leave twice a month on the 11th and 23rd. They take approximately 45 days to arrive.
If you need it in a hurry speak to us about airfreight.
The price includes shipping via container. Airfreight will incur an extra charge.

ALLERGIC

We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions to any product. Perform a small test first for your safety.
SPECIAL
ORDERS
A 50% deposit is required for special orders and returns are not permitted. Estimated delivery is 30 days but deposits will be refunded if the order has not arrived in 90 days.
MISTAKE
made a mistake?
Ordered the wrong product or not what you expected. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
