Makeup, nail gel, underwear or any product with a broken seal. No refund on layby deposit.

Your invoice, proof of payment, date of receipt, the product and the packaging.

Make sure to include the warranty card. We cannot refund without it.
Be careful how you unpack the item because we cannot do a return if the packaging is damaged.

Courier and delivery charges are for your account.
We strongly recommend adding insurance. We are not liable if the courier loses your parcel.
N$50 delivery charge in Windhoek.
Deliveries are made between 08:30 and 16:30 Monday to Friday. N$50 will be charged for each failed delivery.

Orders take 24 hours to be processed from the time the money reflects in our account.
Once the order has been collected by the courier we no longer have control over it.

If you do not select the colour or variation you require a random colour will be selected and delivered.
We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions to any product. Perform a small test first for your safety.
A 50% deposit is required for special orders and returns are not permitted. Estimated delivery is 30 days but deposits will be refunded if the order has not arrived in 90 days.
