How to Order

Add the items you want to your cart. When you are done be sure to click Checkout!

Pay

Pay via EFT and email proof of payment to highway11im@iway. Orders will only be processed once payment reflects in our bank account.

Once your payment has been received we will process your order. We will email you o nce your order is ready for collection or has been shipped.

How does shipping work?

Once we have received your payment and your order is ready we will arrange with a courier to collect your order and deliver it to you. The courier fee will be for your account and you will need to pay cash on delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for the order once the courier has collected from our offices. We strongly recommend insuring the parcel.

Windhoek delivery is N$50. Delivery is done between 8.30am to 4.30pm.
If you miss a delivery a N$50 redelivery fee will be charged.

What if my town is not listed?
Please call us or use the contact form below and we will assist you.
When will my order be ready for collection?
Once your payment has cleared into our account we will put your order together and send you a notification email that it is ready for collection. Please do not arrive to collect before you are notified.
When will my order be shipped?

Once you payment has cleared into our account we will get it ready and contact the courier. You will receive a notification email with your waybill number once your order has been shipped.

How long will my order take?
This depends on where in the country you are based and the courier that shipped your order. If you have not received your order within one week please contact the courier with the waybill number you would have received in an email.
I need help and no one is answering
We follow regular office hours. Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our online shop is available 24/7 but we are available during our office hours. Use the contact form below to email us and we will get back to you once we return to the office.
I need to return my order. What do I do?
I am in Windhoek. When will I get my delivery?

I need my order urgently

Urgent orders must be placed two days prior in order for us to receive payment and process the order. We cannot accept responsibility if the order does not reach you in time.
